Responsibilities• Identifying and engaging skilled accounts candidates available for temporary and Fixed Term Contract work• Screening candidates via telephone interviews and face to face registration meetings• Completing ETW checks and referencing• Matching temporary workers to company requirements based on skill-set, industry experience, systems usage and location• Coordinating interviews and start dates• Negotiating pay rates, charge rates, start times and other contract requirements• Advertising and CV editing• Processing timesheets and handling payroll enquiries• Acting as main point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout• Facilitating transition from temporary to permanent employment when required• Conducting client meetings to gain a thorough understanding of company and team requirements• Maintaining an ever changing pipeline of available temporary candidates• Delivering a proactive, fully supported temporary recruitment service to a range of companies including, SMEs, multinational corporations, public sector organisations and accountancy practices
