- Manage scheduling, coordinating appointments, collecting/processing payments, and ensuring efficient time management for the project managers and installation team.- Provide support to the Office Manager, Production Manager, and Owner, contributing to seamless daily operations while streamlining and improving administrative processes.- Track and monitor clocked hours for employees, as well as days off and appointments.- Field phone calls and inquiries from leads, clients, suppliers, and business inquiries.- Maintain and reconcile records and data entry for leads, services performed, and payment collection.- Collaborate closely with the production and office manager to ensure smooth project workflow and timely client deliverables.
