Responsible for the pre-hire portion of Hope Network’s hiring process. The Talent Sourcing Specialist works closely with candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Specialists. Conducts background checks, job posting, sourcing, prescreening/phone interviews, checking references, and manage requisitions. Provide support and assistance by attending job fairs and other recruiting events. Also, provide administrative support as needed.
