I've led a team of 6 Campaign Managers to adopt client service responsibilities in preparation for a role change, making the transition smoother and morale higher. Simultaneously, I've project managed value-driven initiatives, guiding strategic planning, development and timely execution of workflows and new processes.As program leader, I've helped with the migration to Campaign Manager Tool. I created a safe environment for Engineering, Product and Sales Systems to understand operational redundancies within Ad Operations, leading to creation of more effective tools and consolidated systems to scale processes and improve operational efficiency seamlessly. As well as communicated other on-going project initiatives which could cause obstacles or assist with the program.I've also partnered with Product teams to plan and prioritize customers’ needs to improve media products and deliver the best value to our clients. While coordinating on-going communication among cross-functional teams to align on action items for respective teams and minimal disruption to clients.

As a hybrid campaign manager, I've assisted with technical aspects of media campaigns while assisting with customers day-to-day administrative needs. I've provided client consultation, inventory estimates, creative development, fulfillment of proposal, analyzed campaign reports, and reviewed the status of campaigns in order to optimize their performance.

I've successfully managed all aspects of the advertising business for Outreach, post sale. Drove system optimization and process improvements through joint efforts with sales, creative team and engineering for quicker turnaround time. I was responsible for cost effectively allocating $5-6MM in online ad campaigns, coordinated with the rep and client to gather creative assets to launch campaigns in a timeline manner and deliver to their objectives for the best campaign results. I've also tracked, strategically optimized and analyzed results of campaigns through automated systems to show the campaign ROI and strategize for renewals. While, assisting new hire trainings for cross-functional teams to demonstrate our operations process and request internal system improvements.

I've worn many hats by leading merchant communication, technical support and process improvement, which resulted in researching the live site and troubleshooting merchant issues. As well as escalating those issues to Engineering and/or Product Management for improved process development.

I coordinated all account sales and marketing activities. I also providing sales and competitive information to management for marketing statistics.
