Hi, I’m Cara—a marketing leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the primary lead for marketing at Northern Diver. Starting in sales, I built a deep understanding of our products and customers, which guided my move into e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing. Now, as Head of Marketing, I’m responsible for shaping our brand’s strategy and growth on a global scale.Working with a diverse community of dive enthusiasts, commercial divers, rescue professionals, and defence clients makes every day dynamic and rewarding. I’m passionate about creating impactful campaigns, refining our brand’s voice, and finding innovative ways to engage our audience.
