I'm a passionate, driven, analytical thinker who wants to make a positive impact. As far as I can remember, I've liked science and math - so much so that I ended up getting two degrees in mathematics from Texas A&M (Whoop!) and then pursuing a technical career as a seismic data processing geophysicist (try saying that 5 times fast) at SLB. Since joining SLB, formerly Schlumberger, I’ve worked in a variety of technical and leadership roles with experience in marine signal processing and depth imaging, project management, client engagement, and operations support. I’m currently in talent management for our incredibly diverse technical expert community of 10000+ employees worldwide, managing programs which drive technical career growth, knowledge sharing and employee engagement. I also enjoy being involved in several organizations which connect me to the local and broader community. I’m currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Collin County (BGCCC) and a member of Women's Energy Network - North Texas. With BGCCC I get to serve our mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. I'm the past chair of the Society for Exploration Geophysicists’ Women’s Network ('22-23) and past co-Chair of the IMAGE conference DEI committee ('23). Through these organizations I have enjoyed promoting initiatives supporting girls in STEM, women in geoscience and across the energy industry.
