This is where I began to learn the language of insurance and what it meant to create solutions for clients. I helped develop and launch a marketing initiative to create brand awareness, which included packets of information for clients. In addition, I assisted with a database reconstruction and the search for an assistant to replace me.I also worked with Lang Financial Group in the summer of 2010 and throughout high school.

As a virtual assistant for over 100 local and national companies, I sat at the front desk in the main office and answered calls. This taught me how to deal with tenants and business owners who had a wide range of personalities and wishes, so I learned to think fast to solve problems.

Us

My first duty here was to reorganize some office systems to help the company run more efficiently. This included work on the database. Then I became responsible for creating marketing packages for five commercial properties. My biggest learns here included understanding the right language to attract potential tenants and how to tailor what I wrote and said to their needs.
