Hi I'm Cara. I am currently a Claims Analyst 2 on the Life and Disability team with Principal Financial Group. Previously I was a Loan Documentation Specialist 4 within Shared Services on the Unique Circumstances Team working closely with Home Mortgages Consultants, all levels of management, and underwriters to prepare loan files for a credit approval decision.I began my career in 2004 as a billing and customer service representative with Priority Express, a locally owned logistics company, which formed my passion for working with clients and customers providing the upmost customer care.Having worked with customers and all levels of management over a span of almost 20 years I have built a high attention to detail and formed great communication skills. I am a detailed-oriented professional with a passion for helping each and every client I work with.I am a skilled and committed operations specialist with the ability to work in a team environment and maintain a strong work ethic. Adept at communication with clients, customers, and coworkers. I prioritize duties, learn quickly, work with minimal supervision, and take the initiative to assist others.
