I form a coaching alliance with clients to create a thought-provoking process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional or business goals, and to develop and carry out a strategy and plan for achieving those goals.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the program review process of Religious Life.• Conduct benchmark research on religious, secular, spiritual programs at peer and aspirant institutions.• Oversee the internal program review process.• Provide logistical support for the external program review process.

• Lead administrative activities and direct office operations and both internal and external communication for the Division of Undergraduate Academic Affairs and the Office of the Vice Chancellor.• Manage division-wide communication and conduct high-level employment searches.• Develop and implement a professional development program for division staff. Workshops topics included pre-college programs, initiatives for first-gen students, undocumented students, active learning, and fundraising and development.• Administrate faculty enrichment grants to support curricular activities, retention efforts, and faculty-led initiatives. Program provided approximately $80,000 per year to 100 professors across the curriculum and benefitted 3500 undergraduate students each year.• Coordinate programming for the Office of the Vice Chancellor including lecture series, workshops, seminars, and forums. Speakers including Donna Brazile, Dr. Beverly Daniel Tatum, and Dr. John Villasenor.• Administrate Phi Beta Kappa Alpha Chapter of NJ including student selection criteria, selection of Visiting Scholar, initiation ceremony, development of a new student organization, and coordination with national office.

• Marketed, administrated budget, and chaired faculty committee for Educational Enrichment classroom grants with yearly budget between $100,000 and $210,000. Well-over 120 professors and 5,000 students across the curriculum benefitted from the program each year. • Collaborated with five senior faculty members to develop thematic campus programming and initiatives to enrich experience of undergraduate students with annual budget between $200,000 and $250,000. Campus programing focused on women’s development and leadership, science and biological sciences, humanities and social sciences, STEM, and social justice, diversity, and inclusion. • Provided workshops on first-year students and programmatic and logistical support for the Byrne Seminar program, a one-credit, faculty-taught seminar program for first-year students (2007-2011)• Collaborated for development of the Darien Learning Community: Citizenship and Civic Engagement (launched fall 2012) and bi-yearly lecture. Funded but a gift, this non-residential learning community focused on youth political participation and education.• Served as project manager for the University-wide effort to launch utilization of ePortfolios for undergraduate students. PI for FIPSE Making Connections Grant (2009-2010) and FIPSE Connect 2 Learning Grant (2011 - 2013) which funded the ePortfolio initiative.
