AMBOSS is a medical education SaaS company with offices in New York, Berlin, Sardinia and Cologne. At AMBOSS I built a scalable, multi-language customer service team across Berlin and New York, providing support to over 300,000 medical students and physicians worldwide. Our team achieves an average monthly CSAT over 90%, making us one of the secret weapons behind AMBOSS’ growing global success.- Established a comprehensive hiring process, department structure, onboarding programme and career framework to rapidly scale the customer support team within 6 months, with a focus on hiring and retaining exceptional talent.- Led migration to a new customer service software (Zendesk), including technical set-up.- Developed all customer support SOPs to align with company branding and customer acquisition goals.- Implemented NPS, set-up and tracked other relevant metrics and KPIs. - Built strong relationships and communication channels with marketing and product to ensure customer insights were heard and most importantly integrated into the product.

- Responsible for group B2C sales, transforming this into the leading revenue stream for the English product internationally, specifically in the US, Australia, and central America.- Development and automation of all group B2C sales CRM in Hubspot.- Launched multiple successful international marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention across CRM, social media, and product.- Acted as the key connector between product and marketing/customer success to ensure customer and UX concerns were accounted for in our product.
