As the Owner/Editor, I managed a global, paper crafting, social networking site serving over 1,500 active global users with a bi-monthly digital magazine and weekly blog challenge.Oversaw 10 to 12 global volunteers assisting in operational requirements.Managed all aspects of small business ownership, including administration, accounting, magazine subscriptions, tax implications, marketing, contest oversight, system maintenance and user/customer service.Set the direction/theme of magazine issues, collaborating with contributors, editing articles and managing publishing, coordinating with sponsors to meet challenges and serving as a liaison with prize winners.Received 120 to 200 submitted projects to the talent blog each week where winners are chosen for a prize provided by craft company sponsors and ensuring subscribers have access to the locked area within the blog page.
