Current• Create problem statements, persona development, and the creation of user mental models.• User Journey and Flow creation that outlines user goals, actions, environments, touch points, pain points, and future opportunities to improve these workflows.• Define hypothesis and validate it through surveys, interviews, testing, workshopping, low and high fidelity user flows and designs, research plans (synthesize and iterate as needed).• Collaborate with the CS team to uncover customer requests, needs and aspirations while ideating during the discovery phase of an initiative.• Integrate with the research team to take part in user testing when needed.• Cultivate a close-knit and healthy relationship with the Project Managers I am working with to ensure that the project/initiative is designed and handed off successfully (and aligns with the overall business goals and strategy).• Work as an ally along with the Engineering and Development team to understand all technical requirements are met in my designs, as well as serve the needs of our users.• Work with my fellow Designers on designing a net new design system from the ground up (in addition, collaborate with the Front End Developers to guide them on best practices/tools they can use to build out the system).Redox Overview:• Redox's API provides a scalable integration platform that simplifies the way healthcare organizations exchange data and adopt innovative technology solutions by creating a mid-tier abstraction layer above source systems like EHRs that provides a standardized way to send and receive data. Healthcare organizations and technology vendors connect to Redox once and authorize the data they send and receive across the most extensive interoperable network in healthcare.
