I enjoy applying data analytics to derive insights that aid our advisors to make informed recommendations. Previously graduated with a Masters of Science in Applied Business Analytics at the University of Arkansas. I specialized in translating data into actionable insights to address business challenges. Throughout my studies, I became proficient in analytical software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Python, C#, Tableau, SAS, SAS-EM, and SAS-EG. I gained hands-on experience in machine learning, hypothesis testing, exploratory data analysis, and database management.Previously, I've gained valuable customer facing experience through part-time work at Selling Fast Lane, where I contributed to enhancing customer experience and driving business growth. My responsibilities included identifying causes of membership churn, qualifying potential partners for the affiliate program, and identifying product leads for members. By operating in a customer facing position, I brought value to the business by improving product feature offerings.
