An experienced 1-1 coach, systemic team coach and OD consultant, I have spent over 20 years in industry helping organisations develop their most valuable assets: their people, cultures and teams. I work with individuals, teams and organisational systems that are experiencing change and want to transform the way they work to be more aligned and purposeful in achieving their collective and strategic aims.Prior to entering consultancy, I led functional and project teams in a leading international Asset Management firm for over a decade, where I designed and managed programmes of work spanning Organisation Development, Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, Learning and Talent Management. I have worked internationally and across a wide variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, financial services and asset management, and both private and public sector organisations.
