I have a very diverse background that has allowed me to adjust and be efficient in any environment. From being a soldier in the Army overseeing numerous people and tasks, to caring for patients in the Emergency Department. I am a new MSN Graduate with over 400 hours of direct patient care in a hospital setting, and a total of 1200 hours of patient care. Over 8 years post-secondary education and 6+ years Army/AAFES leadership and teamwork experience. I work efficiently and delegate fairly and value proper training. I encourage everyone to do their best and help them when situations get difficult.
