Using human-centred design and behavioural science techniques, I developed an implementation model for a digital reproductive health program for adolescents in Rwanda, managed field research with local partners, and prepared the program for randomised controlled trial evaluation.

I worked as a graduate student researcher conducting econometric, behavioural science and public health research with The People Lab at the Goldman School of Public Policy, and the Center for Global Public Health. I also co-instructed a course on pedagogy for first-time graduate student instructors.

Children’s Ground is an Aboriginal organisation that provides holistic community development programs for First Nations children and families in central Australia. I worked with Children’s Ground to articulate their family health and wellbeing framework.

I supported data collection, field logistics, data cleaning and basic analysis for a large-scale evaluation of a rural health program, Living Goods, in Uganda.

Plant Doctor Simulator is an educational app used to train and assess the competency of agricultural extension workers in South-East Asia and Africa. I developed and implemented an evaluation framework and distribution and training program for the app.

Know One Teach One (KOTO) is a not-for-profit social enterprise in Vietnam. I developed a framework to measure the social and economic impact of KOTO's operations.

I supported impact evaluations of poverty reduction programs in Vietnam, through econometric analysis in Stata, report writing, and literature review.

I worked as a research assistant in the Statistical Genetics Group, performing statistical analyses of genomic datasets. I also built an online software tool to aid in predicting the disease risk of genetic variants: http://cnsgenomics.com/shiny/INDI-V/.

I co-founded and led IMPACT Social Enterprise, a youth-run organisation that delivers action-focused educational programs that equip young leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks of a social entrepreneur.
