I am a tenacious and ambitious individual that strives for customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners. I aim to go the extra mile for our customers, this is something that I love doing. I enjoy finding the best possible solution for a customer and trying my very best to implement it. I love helping others and trying out new things, by doing so it allows me to learn new tools that I can implement in my daily role.Since starting at Samtec 7 years ago, it is fair to say that from my first day in order entry I have gained many skills that have helped me along the way. These skills have allowed me to set the foundations of knowing how to approach customers correctly. I have since transitioned into my customer service role, which was a crucial role in my progression at Samtec. This role allowed me to build strong customer relations, I got familiar with our regular customers and I was able to create a bond with them. I love to be known for the person that gets their enquiries done there and then. We all know what it’s like when you contact an organisation and you get passed about each department waiting days on end for a resolution. By working in each department this has allowed me to gain the knowledge and skills that I am able to help the customer on my own giving them the best possible experience in a timely manner. I am often described as bubbly people person. I love meeting and getting to know new people. Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring different cultures. I also love exercising, this sets me up with a clean and happy mindset. On a weekly basis I attend gym classes, this involves a lot of teamwork which I reinforce in my daily role.
