• Full cycle recruitment experience• Attend kick-off meetings with new clients/hiring managers.• Maintain client/hiring manager relations throughout project life.• Source candidates for multiple accounts using various platforms.• Create job posting using a variety of tools and resources.• Create interview guides for both phone screens and behavioral interviews. • Schedule and conduct first round and second round interviews.• Experience with both one-way and two-way video interviews.• Negotiate and extend offers.• Manage activity and progress within internal systems.• Create SOPs for internal process improvement and performance consistency.• Experience with multiple ATS systems.• Work with a high sense of urgency in a results-oriented environment. • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication with clients and associates
