Hi my name is Cara, I am qualified in Early years and hold a EYFS diploma at level 2 and 3.I would love to get back into Childcare working in a Teaching assistant role.I am willing to do any training that may be required and hold a full uk driving licence, I have had this for 10 years.I had to take time out from my previous role at a community pre-school I worked in for a few years due to personal reasons. My job involved, coming up with activities, writing up learning journals, creative thinking, interacting with both parents and children as well as staff, following daily checklists such as food and hygeine whilst preparing snacks for snack time. Tidy and packing away and setting up in the morning and evening as we were a hall.I have been doing advertising working with a local radio station, this job involves lots of phone calls, contracts and paperwork and general basic computer skills. I feel I am a friendly, approachable person.At the moment I work on commision based salary but I would love a part time position that is salaried.I worked for a company called Fitzroy a few years ago working with adults in there residential home, assisting with there day to day living and helping them to access the community with days out and shopping, keeping daily diarys and log books.I also drove there specially adapted cars and had midas training so i could take our residents out for the day in there wheelchairs.I have previously worked in retail and sales years ago as a checkout assistant at a local Supermarket. This included handling money, working a till, scanning items and being friendly and approachable.I really would love a part time position so I can still spend time with my 3 children and my husband.I would really like to try something different and am willing to train. I love working as a team but can also work on my own. I am and have been told im a people person. I love listening to people and trying to help them come up with a solution to any problems.I am a hard worker and have a bubbly personality.
