CURRENT SITUATION: I’m a Business Development Manager working for Tri-Nations Migration, a company specializing in providing immigration services for people looking to move to Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.My job is to be the first point of contact for anyone enquiring about our services. In a highly competitive market, I must establish trust and ensure an excellent level of trust. I manage the day-to-day operations in the office and make sure that the Immigration Consultants have everything they need to do their job.I have a wealth of experience in the emigration services business and I'm proud to say that I've consulted with many people on the stressful and emotional process of moving overseas. Customer service is something I'm passionate about, and being able to help people realise their dreams is something I love.Previously I worked for Stratco South Africa. There my job was to identify new business opportunities and sign up new clients while ensuring that existing accounts were looked after and were delivered exceptional service. My focus was on the bond origination side of the business, where we assisted in doing a free pre-qualification, requested relevant documentation from the client, ensured the documentation was in order, and then submitted it to all financial platforms. This was a competitive business and customer service had to be excellent and efficient. I also worked for IBN Immigration Solutions an award-winning company with offices across Africa, offering immigration services for South Africa as well as 21 other African countries. We dealt with a variety of clients from major corporates like Vodacom, Total, and McKinsey to private individuals looking to relocate.WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: It's simple, I love what I do, and I do what I love.
