As a Human Resources Officer at Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), I support the delivery of effective and fair HR services to over 6,000 staff across England and Wales. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Social Policy from Bangor University, and I am fluent in Welsh. I have more than four years of experience in the UK Civil Service, where I started as a Human Resources Administrator in 2020, and I also have two years of experience as a Senior Sales Assistant at Debenhams, where I developed my customer service and communication skills. I am passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing in the workplace, and I have contributed to several initiatives and projects in this area. I am also keen to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and I am always looking for opportunities to improve and grow as a HR professional.
