Senior Occupational Therapist passionate about older persons' care. Special interest in frailty management. Facilitator of National Frailty Education Programme (NFEP). Wide range of experience and knowledge; have worked in a number of acute hospitals including two major trauma hospitals, community based rehabilitation team, older persons and stroke rehabilitation. Currently a Senior OT in Older Persons Care in St Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin. Team worker, excellent communicator. Experience of clinical supervision of staff and students. Have been involved in multiple service developments and audits which have been presented at national and international conferences. Currently OT department lead for the Assisted Decision-Making Capacity Act (ADMA) and member of SVUH ADM implementation committee.
