In February of 2015, I began playing a similar role for the Data and Analytics Division and in February of 2016 began oversight of the Strategy Line of Business. Provide support for agency and consulting clients through Changepoint (workforce management software) and assisting with the planning and testing for the current transition to Workday. Responsible for budgeting, human resources and financial reporting for the divisions as well as for accounts. Joined team to take this mixed use development from demolition to lease up. Maintained relationships with the German Bank working through loan documents and monthly draws/construction audits for the development. Developed monthly reporting to the investment firm and provided oversight to sales and marketing team for the condominiums. Worked with legal on condo closings, retail and office leases and master/residential condominium documents.Westside Urban Market, including the historic Star Provisions building, was redeveloped in 1998 by TuckerMott Companies and won a Development of Excellence award for adaptive use from the Atlanta Urban Design Commission. Then, in 2007, Jamestown, LP and Westbridge Partners redeveloped the adjacent parcel, including the historic White Provision building. White Provision won Development of Excellence awards from the Urban Land Institute of Atlanta, the Atlanta Regional Commission and the Livable Communities Coalition. Both developments are located on what remains of Atlanta’s first modern meatpacking facility. The pig in Westside Provisions District’s logo is a nod to these roots.

Responsible for all accounting and human resource functions for a small art consulting firm.

Assisted in growing revenue from 3.6M to 9.4M and from 10 employees to 55 employees. Helped negotiated the buy back of Company from parent, the Omnicom Group. Prior to leaving Omnicom, managed the roll up of five related companies. Transitioned company through two accounting software changes.
