1. Build Up New Quality Team: From zero to one, build up new RFID Quality Team, recruit and train up new employees to make them bring fully potential to work. 2. Overall Process Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control plan and quality standard. Combining lean and quality thinking to lead quality control optimization on raw material, production process and finished product, so as to ensure high quality of RFID product and reduce quality cost.3. Material Quality Management: Optimize material abnormity handling process, improve supplier’s responding speed, and drive supplier to improve incoming material quality.4. New Product/Project Quality Management: Quality risk assessment on the new product/project, coordinate with multiple parties (including Commercial/Technical/Production/Project Team, etc.) to ensure that production process and product can meet customer’s requirement. Closely monitor production at the beginning of product/project launch and reduce the defect rate of new product.5. Major Complaint Handling: Handle major complaint, visit customer and provide solution quickly to eliminate impact to customer. Investigate root cause and drive responsible party for improvement.6. Quality Improvement Project: Drive continuous quality improvement on major quality issue to reduce defect rate and customer complaint by six sigma and quality tools. 7. Quality Data Monitor and Abnormity Handling: Monitor and analysis the quality data and conduct root cause analysis on the abnormity, make improvement action to reduce the abnormity.8. Quality Management System Maintenance: Prepare for the internal and external audit, maintain the ISO9001:2015 quality system in RFID product line to ensure the compliance.

1. Quality Issue Handling: Using quality tools like 5 WHY, Fishbone Diagram, 5M1E to investigate the internal quality issue and external customer complaint, define the root cause and drive the corrective action implementation, complete the 8D report, so as to achieve quality target.2. Quality Control Plan Establishment: Lead RFID colleague to use PFMEA tools to define the quality risk of RFID production line, then develop the RFID quality control plan.3. New Program Quality Management: Support in the new product/new program launch, work with multiple party to ensure that the production process and product meet customer’s quality requirement.4. Process Audit: Conduct process audit, drive production to implement the corrective for non-conformity, so as to ensure the process compliance on ISO 9001:2008.

1. 1st Rotation: Global Sample and Program Deployment Officer, 07/2013 - 06/2014- New Product Development: Coordinate with multiple functions (including Sales, CS, Production, Lab, etc.) for new product development to meet customer's needs within required timeline.- Item Deployment: Coordinate with all sites for item deployment to ensure the global consistency.- Process Improvement: Increase potential order conversion rate by optimizing test workflow in sampling.2. 2nd Rotation: Process Engineer in Heat Transfer Label Department, 07/2014 - 06/2015- Process Improvement: Conduct process continuous improvement, support production troubleshooting to achieve higher productivity and product quality.- New Product/Material Project Management: Use DOE tool in new product/material validation to identify the potential risk, reduce risk through raw material upgrade, color management process development, proper transition plan making, etc.- Equipment Utilization Enhancement: Coordinate with Supplier, Production Team & Global Platform Team to develop the equipment malfunction escalation and tracking mechanism to reduce the malfunction responding time and improve the equipment utilization. - Scrap Reduction: Data analysis on the daily Digital printing scrap, develop a more rational scrap calculation method and optimize the high scrap process to reduce the Digital printing scrap.
