Act as the overall project coordinator between Paylocity, NOVAtime and the customer for all PETE projects. Manage Service Management emails to resolve customer dissatisfactions. Partner with Service, Sales Administration and Partner Integration to develop solutions on complex issues. Problem solve demographic and accrual integration errors. Manage the NOVAtime partnership which includes quarterly surveys, analyzing problems and creating new processes to enhance customer experience, weekly meetings with NOVAtime partners to discuss issues, process enhancements, and to set standards for the PETE partnership.
