Worked on conducting the Northwest Ohio Regional Wage & Benefits Survey. Surveyed members in the manufacturing, transportation, and construction industries on wages, benefits, industry COVID impacts, and membership experience. Also collaborated with co-workers to compile the survey results and report out the findings.

In my role as senior manager, I lead a team of Community Development Managers across Northwest Ohio, Dayton, and Columbus. I work directly with the American Cancer Society's Volunteer Leadership Council of Northwest Ohio, focusing on the Lucas/Wood and surrounding counties.
