Responsible for creating, building, and executing all sales training and management development programs for home health, hospice, private duty, and skilled nursing divisions. Provide training to support cross divisional selling between hospice, skilled nursing, and home health.- Baseline training for all experienced home health reps resulted in a 37% increase in volume of referrals over a 3 month period after training- Baseline training for all experienced hospice reps resulted in a 27% increase in volume of referrals over a 3 month period after training- Established a sales competency model and behavioral interviewing to improve candidate selection- Provided behavioral coaching training and reinforcement to the sales management team- Completed change management and customer service improvement training to hospice operations leaders

Lead 15 sellers and clinicians in a competitive, highly contracted market to produce double digit growth each quarter. Responsible for both sales and revenue growth. Number one market in the nation for sales growth and revenue production for 2011.

Developed a sales mentor program and training in addition to sales liaison and new hire sales training curriculum. Facilitated all sales training programs for new hires. Managed sales mentorship for the company, resulting in 7% increase in new hire results over the first six months of employment.
