VACC is a leading automotive body, responsible for managing Motor Shows in Melbourne since 1925. Within this role I was exposed to a broad range of tasks and challenges. I worked closely with the Event Director on the staging and logistics of the Australian International Motor Show. Achievements include:• Account Management – managed exhibitor relationships leading up to and throughout the event to ensure exhibitors provided insurances, settled accounts and to communicate all relevant event information• Exhibition Sales – developed online application processes with IT department, aligned the event with exhibitors marketing goals to encourage them to attend and processed applications.• Sponsorship – Managed sponsorship activity – appealing for prize donations in exchange for brand promotion through-out marketing collateral, liaising with brand ambassadors.
