Manage customer part specific qualification process to include Design for Manufacture, Design of Experiments, PFMEA, Measurement System Analysis, IQ, OQ, PQ, and any additional customer specific requirements. Work with customers and suppliers to develop and resolve any CAPA activities. Perform and participate in audits internal to Accumold, customer audits, and supplier audits. Troubleshoot product specific issues that may arise as well as communicate and advocate for the customer needs and requirements. Participate in Kaizen events and other process improvement activities. SME and point of contact for Zygo software application.
