Through codeX we’re creating a breakthrough education program to train talented apprentices to be passionate developers, using agile thinking at every level of the program.As a coach I help ordinary software teams tap the creativity they need to create their own breakthrough changes. Combining elements from such thinking as complexity, creativity and neuroscience with the practical skills of software development, it’s amazing how many solutions we find to some pretty boring problems.I love sharing agile knowledge, and as the Cape Town chair of the Scrum User Group South Africa, I take an active role in growing the CPT and South African communities.
