In 2022, she finished her tenure on the Central New York Community Foundation Board where she acted as Finance Chair. She is former Chair of the Women’s Fund of Central New York, an endowment fund that provides grants to organizations in her community. Caragh is Past President of County North Children’s Center in Liverpool, NY. She served on the Professional Advisory Board for Syracuse University’s Thursday Morning Roundtable and is an alumna of Leadership Greater Syracuse.
