As a student designer, I handle various tasks including designing weekly newsletters, creating presentation materials and marketing flyers, and managing our social media accounts on LinkedIn and Instagram. This role allows me to apply my design skills in real-world scenarios and contribute to our marketing efforts.

In this role I assist in managing our social media strategy by designing and curating engaging content across various platforms. I conduct research on trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. Additionally, I leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance content promotion and facilitate targeted communication with our audience.

At Studio A, I deliver exceptional customer service and efficiently handle administrative tasks for the Studio. At the front desk, I play a role in organizing the usage of the studios and supplies, ensuring they are always ready for classes. I enjoy being a part of a community that offers a physical space and environment for people to get creative. My goal is to contribute to a positive and enriching experience for everyone involved.

In this role, I lead the management of pool operations and club facilities, ensuring a well-maintained environment while overseeing a dedicated staff. I take charge of developing and leading swim programs, combining educational, recreational, and competitive elements. I coordinate events, competitions, and private facility bookings on a weekly basis, showcasing my organizational proficiency. My priority is always to deliver a positive experience for every club member and guest through attentive service. I utilize skills of effective leadership and strategic planning, and was honored to be named Employee of the Year in 2023.
