As an Audiologist at Cochlear, I apply my clinical expertise in implantable and non-implantable devices to help people with hearing loss achieve optimal outcomes. I have over 10 years of experience in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology, covering a wide range of skills such as cochlear implants, bone conduction implants, hearing aids, tinnitus management, vestibular testing, and paediatric assessments.Throughout my career I have managed large multi-disciplinary teams and managed the opening of new clinics. I have experience improving and refining clinical services and clinical utilisation as well as implementation of E-health solutions. In addition to clinical Audiology, I have a keen interest in health strategy and service design, as well as user experience and user interface design. I have completed a certification in UX and UI Design from RMIT University, and look forward to using this knowledge to improve and design solutions that make health services more accessible and convenient for customers. I have excellent technology skills, including UI design and web design, that complement my clinical background and enhance my ability to understand and deliver customer-centric solutions.
