- Assist the Chapter President in fulfilling their duties- Continue to support the Best Buddies mission of creating an inclusive and accepting environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)- Increase mission awareness and student involvement on Cal Poly's campus

- Serve on an eight-person Officer Team- Support the Best Buddies mission of creating an inclusive and accepting environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)- Help plan and execute meetings and events to ensure quality friendships are made- Communicate to the chapter about upcoming events

- Oversee four Cabinet officers managing the philanthropy, service, alumnae relations, and social media for the organization- Facilitate quarterly philanthropy events raising money for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)- Oversee and assist in the planning of alumnae events such as Founders Day and Family Weekend- Work with alumnae, external relations officers for other Panhellenic chapters, and the marketing director to positively promote the organization to the student body through social media- Run individual as well as group meetings and plan events for the organization's 100+ members- Serve on a nine-person Executive Board that oversees the operations of the chapter and makes important decisions as necessary

- Planned alumnae events such as Founders Day, Family Weekend, and Alumnae Dinner- Kept alumnae informed of important chapter information- Wrote detailed quarterly newsletters to alumnae- Hosted events for alumnae to visit the chapter facility- Recognized seniors within the chapter and assisted them in their transition from active members to alumnae- Served on a 16-person Cabinet that worked to fulfill each member's experience

- Assist in providing year-round supervised adaptive sports and recreational activities for 30+ individuals with developmental disabilities ranging from ages 18 to 50, with the intent of fostering the participant's social relationships and personal growth- Attend bimonthly social events- Uphold the program's value of respect and dignity for all athletes regardless of physical, cognitive, emotional, and social capabilities and needs

- Assisted with the execution of group, team, and corporate events for 350+ guests- Prepared venue and served guests upon arrival- Managed welcome table, distributed food, and ran games and activities- Upheld the company’s mission and vision with every event

- Co-ran a group of 20+ incoming students and helped orient them to the school during their Week of Welcome (WOW)- Facilitated important discussions and had to adapt and be accommodating to a multitude of contrasting personalities- Created a detailed agenda of all of the activities we participated in during the week
