As a member of the Creative Services team at Mintz Levin, I'm responsible for various types of ads and collateral; creating image libraries consistent with branding for use across various formats and systems. Following branding guidelines, I work with the team to help build electronic collateral libraries and worked to send out invitations, announcements, alerts, advisories, newsletters, and special event notifications. I create motion graphics for use in special events and transitioning such collateral from Flash to AFter Effects and HTML 5 friendly formats. I've created various PowerPoint templates for use as fact sheets, pitch decks, presentations and webinars. I've helped with training our Business Development colleagues in using the templates as well. I maintain and update new versions of templates for new formats for on-demand printing through firm’s office services.

I worked on a team of designers to create ads, printed and electronic collateral pieces within the style systems of the firm. I created websites, eVites, newsletters, and flash presentations for various events and seminars as well. I integrated previous PowerPoint presentations into a new set of templates, as well as updated visuals within the presentations, and then created matching Word Templates.

I created covers for a series of nursing manuals to be published withing months of each other. I also created interior illustrations for medical instruction book.

I worked with the internal design team of Greenberg Traurig on various collateral materials such as ads, brochures, multimedia flash and PowerPoint presentations, and updating existing templates for usage throughout the firm.

My duties included working closely with company executive assistant as part of the event team to coordinate annual national sales and service meetings. I created logos and collateral used for all conference media, including PowerPoint Templates, invitations, signage, and schedules. I also created various menus and programs for individual events during the conference. I worked within budgets to create decor themes for various events within the conference. I worked with hotel coordinators at the JW Marriott as well as both internal and external event teams working with the sales organization (Orlando, FL).

Greater Boston Area

I provided and edited artwork for a large scale educational, interactive program spanning three finished platforms. I worked with a team transitioning an existing program to Spanish, including editing existing images and artwork, updating functionality and action scripting, and implementing audio changes and editing voice over samples. My responsibilities also included QA testing and creating a product demo movie in Flash. Lastly I did production work on the company website.
