Real estate and interior design have always been a passion of mine, and I decided to go for it! In this role, I've conducted real estate business, staging services, and luxury marketing on behalf of clients. I have had the privilege of walking my clients through what is often the biggest investments of their lives.

I crafted new messaging and brand persona for American Airlines candidates going through employment application process. I served as lead writer, editor, and creative director for over 150 pieces of candidate and employee correspondence.

I created and implemented a consistent and engaging employment brand message – in alignment with company culture and Cox’s value proposition – across all employment branding touchpoints, including the rewrite of all applicant messaging. I also created and implemented go-to-market employment brand strategy for Cox’s divisions, along with creative look/feel and accompanying assets. I provided consultative support and training to division stakeholders to own and communicate Cox’s overall division-specific employment message/value proposition on relevant channels. I also served as ghost-writer (internal and external-facing work) for the VP of Talent Acquisition.

I collaborated directly with Kinetix and client leadership teams to identify, develop and communicate client’s employer brand through their careers site, content strategy and social media marketing.I partnered with recruitment team leaders to understand hiring goals/ objectives and timelines to fill. I led the marketing team in developing media, content, and social strategies for recruitment marketing purposes and trained recruiters on how to use social tools to develop candidate pipelines. I created and managed traditional, digital, and social media marketing campaigns—both for Kinetix and clients. This included developing and/or managing all visual, written, and social content for culture blogs, job descriptions, career site design/direction, video strategy, social strategy, ghostwriting and other creative input.

Kinetix is a recruitment process outsourcing firm (RPO) for growth companies. We leverage an integrated services model comprised of total RPO, staffing & recruiting and HR consulting to help clients ensure that growth will never be slowed by an inability to acquire and retain the best talent.

In this role, I was responsible for creating and managing FOT's blog schedule, which included weekly and monthly editorial cycles. I managed FOT's social media marketing platform, as well as individual marketing campaigns for webinars. I produced podcasts and videos that featured HR thought leaders, as well as managed the look/feel of the website.

In this position, I conducted interviews and wrote front-of-book, feature articles, and product copy for two nationally distributed magazines. I also developed creative ideas for new articles, repurpose copy, and then maximized it through social media channels. I edited articles from doctors, professors, and freelance writers for consistent and correct voice, tone, message, and grammar. I was lucky to be able to write in detail about the field of integrated medicine. Many of the articles are centered on general health, nutrition, natural ways to fight disease, and exercise. In this role, I've expanded my writing skills in the field of journalism and editorial content creation.

As an intern, I assisted in developing a new website, completed research, wrote short articles, and performed administrative assignments for a magazine serving career-focused, professional women. The magazine morphed into a completely digital platform that now operates under the name Little PINK Book. As a legislative intern, I conducted research for members of the Alabama State House of Representatives and Senate, and created reports with those findings. I performed administrative tasks and organized meetings for the Judiciary Committee. I also participated in on-floor sessions and saw my work come full circle as representatives used information extracted from personal research to promote new laws.
