My mum and I created the "A Slice of Mental Health" podcast to share our experiences with mental illness. We hope to destigmatise mental health and promote mental wellness by discussing helpful ways to cope and offering support to those who are struggling.I strongly believe that everyone deserves access to resources and support for a happy and healthy life, regardless of their mental health challenges.
