I oversee the full operations of the practice, including two locations as well as a part-time location that sees patients one day per week. I manage a staff of 30 employees and am responsible for all HR aspects of the practice, including benefit administration and payroll. I have recently implemented 2 new software systems and am acting as the primary Billing Manager as well. I complete some of the daily billing processes as well as audit and reconcile billing on a monthly basis. I supervise and train all billing staff.Since I have managed this practice, I have decreased employee turnover by 40% and have increased patient collections by 60%. I also coordinate all outside referral sources and create extremely efficient tools so that the referrals are seamless and do not disrupt the operations of the outside practice.
