I am currently a Customer Experience Zone Manager at Ford Motor Company working with 21 Ford Dealerships in the LA Region to increase all customer experience enhancing initiatives including Ford Mobile Service, Pick Up and Delivery, and CSI.While I unexpectedly found my path with Ford after college during the peak of the COVID hiring crisis, I am thrilled that I have gotten the opportunity to work for such a Brand recognized, ever evolving company. Although coming into established Ford Dealerships and working with experienced General Managers as a young Ford rep, I thrive on opportunities to build new relationships, and make a tangible impact on their business.
