As the Local Committee President (LCP), I was the final responsible for the local entity of AIESEC in Tilburg. I was held accountable, amongst others things, for the local committee’s development, performance, legalities, representation (nationally and internationally) and the overall governance. Furthermore, I was responsible for all the Talent Management processes including but not restricted to: recruitment, team standards implementation, standard operating procedures, members' personal and professional development, and overall membership retention.Next to this I was responsible for guiding a team of five Vice Presidents in their personal and professional development and working alongside them to ensure that our team-set strategy was being executed.I am proud to say that within this year our committee attained 4 national awards; The Talent Management Award, the Outgoing Global Volunteer Award, The Most Sustainable entity (financially and strategic) and one of our members attained an Excellence Award for their efforts and dedication.It was a great learning experience where I got to learn about myself as a person, a team-player and a leader.

As a marketing manager I brainstormed and organised marketing events for the national projects; Health and Nour. These marketing events included information sessions, campus booth activities and lecture talks.
