Essential duties included serving as a business consultant to franchisee, inspect and enforce compliance with corporate policies, provide input to corporate on issues identified by franchisee’s, recruit franchisee participation in events, training's and monthly reporting, foster independent problem solving, reviewing financial statements and analyze business practices, and to develop a business plan to increase club level profits. I worked with owners & managers in all operational aspects including: customer service, teamwork, guest production, management, marketing, problem solving and goal setting to achieve maximum profitability.
