High volume conference center. Accountable for all external events taking place in the Conference Center and throughout campus with both corporate and non-profit clientele. Including but not limited to conferences, meetings, camps, retreats, banquets and events. Coordinate all aspects of event from contracting to planning with clientele, coordinating with internal teams and throughout event implementation. Plan and execute college events such as Commencement, Homecoming, Founder’s Day, and community and donor holiday parties.Build comprehensive registration sites for both free and paid events, including profiles that house protected health information.Oversee customer relationship management via EMS, maintain departmental webpage as well as Homecoming and Commencement pages.Rectify vendor billing, invoice external clients, maintain credit card processing for online registrations, manage departmental deposits with all coordinating paperwork and backup. Process accounts receivable payments into applicable accounts for departments across campus. Prepare monthly tax forms for unrelated business income.Manage social media and outreach for Event and Conference Services department. Oversee staff of 20 student workers. Feature Events include: Arnold Palmer Memorial, Presidential Inauguration, Steelers Training Camp VIP events & sponsor hospitality

Execute logistics and activation of purchased sponsorships, deliverables, and executions at tradeshows and events. Events & Sponsorship Activations include Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, Pittsburgh International Auto Show, Pittsburgh Steelers & Heinz Field, Komen Pittsburgh Race for the Cure and Eat’n Park. Collaborate with creative, media, digital, public relations, traffic, and social media teams to ensure quality finished projects above client expectations. Collaborate with creative and social media teams to develop promotional materials and relevant social media content for sponsorships. Oversee and execute project management including timeline, risk management, resources, deliverables, and budget. Feature Events include - Mustang 50th Anniversary event, Official Truck of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pink Terrible Towel giveaways at Heinz Field, Pittsburgh International Auto Show load in and set up.Create a monthly advertising newsletter, which is sent out to Ford dealerships in 3 states. Content covers creative campaigns, television/radio/digital advertising, social media campaigns, sponsorships, events, and activities within the region.Initiate creative process for advertising and promotional elements and ensuring on-time delivery. Compile/update competitive and sales reports, flight calendar, and plan calendar. Coordinate production billing. Plan and coordinate all aspects of monthly board meetings as well as yearly FDAF meeting for all dealers. This includes all aspects of the meeting such as advertising deck, handouts, coordinating speakers, room set up, and more. In addition, all non-meeting items as well, such as coordinating and managing reservations, amenities, meals, activity packages and giveaways.

- Facilitate client development through cost effective marketing and social media- Conceptualize and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns- Coordinate projects with special focus on philanthropic functions including:$40,000+ raised for organ transplant receipient, Pittsburgh's 50 Finest, Art Battle for Autism Research, Liver Foundation's Flavors dinners- Coordinate brewer dinners in conjunction with Brooklyn Brewery, Troeg's Brewery, Merchant du Vin and others
