Facilitate patient engagement and experience meetings, such as Complaint resolution meetings. Acknowledge, record, and manage claims administration received via letter or claims email. I am currently overseeing all Charitable Funds Applications within the Trust. This involves reviewing sensitive information and provide assurance that cases of bereavement are investigated appropriately.-Using a range of Incident Management software to update and maintain Incident management records and investigations. Program such as: PAS (Patient Administration Systems), Ulysses Incident Management Database (both maintaining and inputting data), Advanced Microsoft Excel tools as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access Outlook. - Mandatory training sessions (Lecture style study day), systems training and individual tutorials. This require a high level of inter-personal and communication skills, problem solving and quick thinking to effectively answer any additional questions raised during lectures. I work as part of a close-knit 4-person team, I am also required to link in with additional working groups and committees. As 2 members of this team are new to the Trust (joining in April and June respectively), I have taken on the additional responsibility in mentoring both members, to ensure they have received the correct training induction into the Trust, provided the appropriate support within their new roles and oversee their work load.
