Responsibilities:• Manage all delivery results across multiple cities by different kinds of job types for one global leading power solution company, including social hire, campus hire, internships, shop and technician hire with average 400+ hiring volumes each year. • Supervise 6-8 direct reports. Team level covers: Team Lead to Recruiter level• Identify business needs and forecast and work out an aligned recruitment strategy and plan, aimed at the fulfillment of the hiring needs within time, budget and quality on daily hiring activities.• Support new business growth of Cummins China for new market explorer. Tailor made hiring solutions to empower Digital Transformation and New Energy (Fuel Cell, PEM, Electrolyzer, Electronics) Transformation from 0-1. Determined a more appropriate talent strategies internally.Achievements:• Hiring Scope Extension: Based on outstanding performance, successfully extended hiring scope in China for TA team:- Business segments extended to Cummins joint ventures in China since 2019- Job types extend to Technician, Shop since 2020- Job level extended to Senior Leadership level (Sr. Director above) since 2021• Operation Excellence: - Agency hires within 3%- Hiring Manager satisfaction feedback exceed 8.9 with 46% response rate (target 8, responsive rate 30%), ranks the top worldwide• Team Development & Management: Redesigned team structure into a new model which aim to improve hiring efficiency and professionalism.
