I was our brand’s representative for our company’s largest retail account. My goal was to have shoppers choose our product over every other option available in our category at this retailer. In this role I: developed marketing materials and lead new product presentations, planned biweekly virtual classroom events, managed 2 promotional contests (think Roll Up The Rim or Monopoly but for the craft industry) and kept our budget balanced.

I worked for the top partner on the highest-earning sales team at the company. I started out in a Project Coordinator role and was promoted to a Key Account Manager position in less than a year. I was responsible for: generating more business within existing accounts; juggling multiple accounts & leads while making sure that every client felt like they were my only client; seeing that every order was produced within budget, on time, and of high quality to exceed client expectations; maintaining strong partnerships with vendors; working in a fast-paced environment to meet strict project & event deadlines; problem-solving when a project went sideways to make things right for the client and remain 100% referenceable.
