Hospitality and travel are my passions and I love being apart of an industry that helps create memories for people! I've had the amazing opportunity to work for some incredibly innovative companies in the industry such as HomeAway.com, Turnkey Vacation Rentals, and now HomeToGo. I started my journey in hospitality first working for Benchmark Hospitality Resorts and Hotels where I managed their central reservations call center for over 20 luxury, boutique style properties. From there, I went on to work for an OTA, HomeAway.com, in their Tier 1 Tech Support department for Integrated Property Managers using property management software to connect their listings to the HomeAway.com platform. I took my knowledge of the hospitality industry and tech support background to a growing start up company, Turnkey Vacation Rentals, where I supported the on-boarding and training of their guest experience team. Since my time at Turnkey, I've worked as a sales manager at a property management company helping to streamline processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, overall operations, and guest experience. My combined technical knowledge and operations background working at OTAs and property management companies has given me the ability to have a holistic view when working with property managers in my current role to understand which products and services will serve them best.
