I have worked as a testing and certification consultant with SPS Commerce since March 2022. I have acquired skills in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), testing troubleshooting, connection method setup and collaboration across multiple teams to deliver effective solutions and excellent customer service to retail trading partners. I setup AS2, FTP and VAN connections, and assist with troubleshooting and testing to ensure that these connections run smoothly. I am currently working as part of a task force to improve our team training protocol, which requires not only proficiency in the systems featured in training but also skills in training, collaboration and communication across multiple channels. I have also worked with a real estate brokerage as an administrator in various roles for 6 years. I started as a front desk administrative assistant, and was quickly recognized as a strong leadership candidate. After 1.5 years in my initial role, I was promoted to managing my own branch in Elk River. After another 1.5 years, I was promoted again to managing a larger branch in addition to two satellite branches in Plymouth. Going forward, I am excited to continue to grow in my EDI, communication and resourcefulness skills. My coworkers and supervisors have described me as a people person who builds strong relationships with my peers and clients. I have also been praised for my resilience in workplace challenges as well as my discretion in navigating sensitive situations.
