Provide EHS&S leadership and support to manufacturing facilities within a multi- billion dollar global business unit spanning across EMEA and APAC.Responsible for developing, implementing and administering all applicable EHS&S programs and policies to achieve established goalsLead the global EHS&S assurance program.Ensure that requirements and procedures are in place at facilities within the region in compliance with environmental, health, safety, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 regulations.

Lead of DACH and Nordics facilities with EHS&S operational activities, responsible for development, implementation, and administration all applicable EHS&S support programs and policies to deliver on EHS&S goalsEnsuring that requirements and procedures are in place at the facilities within the regions in compliance with all environmental and safety regulations

- Supporting and advising site teams on implementation of the Baxter EHS management system.- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement in EHS program implementation, in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.- Supporting the site management team in achieving and maintaining compliance with legal and Corporate EHS requirements.- Updating and maintaining site EHS processes, procedures and risk assessments.- Lead the preparation for and participation in external audits.- Lead and participate in Internal EHS Audits and inspections.- Tracking and reporting of audit actions closure on internal and external audit points.- Co-ordinating and deliver site-wide EHS training as per the Annual EHS training plan.- Completing periodic EHS metric reporting, along with other reports and presentations for the site and the region.- Manage incidents and ensure timely reporting.

- Management of Environmental activities programs and plans for operation activities, according to Corporate and Third Parts (certification bodies, authority) requirements and audits- Taking care of documentation required by the legislation in force, ensuring the maintenance and the updating of the legal authorizations- Arrange of company procedures in accordance with environmental legislation and technical standards- Management of waste disposal activities, ensuring compliance with regulation, preparing the necessary records and documentation- Planning and execution of inspections aimed to assess the environmental aspects in compliance withthe applicable standards- Planning of the necessary environmental investigations and define the resulting action plans- Updating of environmental indicators and KPI, taking care of the reporting to the general management- Management of internal environmental communication initiatives- Provvide of environmental training for personnel- Promoting the sustainability and energy efficiency concepts- Collaborate with EHS & Facility manager to manage energy into Medolla plant

- Dangerous goods safety advisor- Management, according to authority requirements of: Two special waste landfills; Three waste treatment plants; Six concrete production plants- Planning and execution of the environmental authorization procedures of the waste treatment plants- Management of waste movements of all the soil company remediation sites through the state;- Collaborate with tender department to provide technical documentation
