Beachbody, creators of the nation’s most popular in-home fitness and weight loss solutions including P90X® and Insanity®, among many others, is a rapidly growing fitness company.• Managed the architecture and development of Tableau dashboards that aggregated our Salesforce Marketing Cloud user engagement data, Adobe Clickstream data along with EBS orders in our Data Lake in near real time. This provided more valuable marketing insights with a simple view of our entire marketing funnel.• Spearheaded the migration, contract negotiation and implementation of Beachbody’s Marketing Cloud platform, resulting in increased productivity, business unit management, and autonomous marketing automation (email, social, SMS, mobile push).• Hackday runner-up for work done on a predictive analytics model that analyzed customer behavior (past purchases, web behavior, search, etc.) to rank & predict the next product they’ll likely purchase.• Led the proof of concept and ultimate implementation of Tealium Audience Stream (AS), providing real-time visibility and segmentation of our visitors. Implementation drove various marketing efforts that led to an increase of 10% in conversion & revenue.• Managed the implementation and automation of various marketing campaigns, generating over 5.5M of annual revenue.• Initiated and developed a new strategy for email delivery by personalizing the send times based on historic user behavior. - Designed and implemented Nike's EDI ordering management system which expedited the ordering process for customer Service by 50%. This also freed up 6 hours of daily processing by two IT employees.- Implemented Nike’s coupon ordering system which enabled team dealers to enter orders that were fully comped or discounted.- Developer analyst on a project that gave customer service the ability to modify orders at varying stages of the order process up to the point of complete shipment.- Implemented a utility to enable email confirmations with attached images stripped from Flash web pages. Effort gave customers visual confirmation via email which was previously difficult with Flash embedded content.

- Technical Lead on the Intel Citizenship project which made Intel compliant with the U.S Department of Commerce. This provided Intel with an authoritative system of record for identifying foreign nationals without appropriate licenses to ensure compliance in the area of technology transfer.- Business Systems Analyst on the United Way project which made Intel's interfaces & database systems for United Way data more efficient, minimizing the hours of manual work logged in prior years. In result this aided a giving campaign that collected a record-breaking $9 million in pledges from 11,000 employees.- Played multiple roles on a project to redesign and fully automate the United Way donation process for Intel employees. - Designed and developed a simple .NET web application connecting to and executing Oracle PL/SQL packages. This application helped facilitate the outsourcing of Intel's PeopleSoft Benefits Administration module and provided employees an intermediary tool/system to continue their benefits administration. - Lead the development of the new Focal Payletter .NET web application with offshore Israel development resources. Successful implementation gave the tool a new look and feel across 6 different languages.- Lead Developer/Analyst on the Total Absence Management project which facilitated Intel's move from a two supplier Leave of Absence (LOA) services model to one, helping to bring Intel two generations ahead of where we were in terms of LOA management.- Designed and implemented the interfaces between Intel and the US Visa/Immigration suppliers for HR Legal. Efforts resulted in an automated solution for Visa Immigration data and an increased response time for HR Legal in verifying Employee and Applicant visa status.- Developer Analyst on a project for Ireland Stock; efforts resulted in integrating Intel Ireland employees into the enterprise stock distribution via UBS, which saved Intel upwards of 20 Million.

- Analyzed in-house application suite (BLaST ) and prepared/presented proposal for usability and efficiency enhancements. - Designed and implemented a web interface using ASP.NET that's equipped with dynamic graphs and a reporting tool to view data stored in house VB6 application. - Implemented databases for various applications using SQL Server, Enterprise Manager & Query Analyzer tools.
