Responsible for maintaining integrity of all Business Continuity Plans for all North American IT facilities within Citigroup. Created and implemented BC projects for various Citigroup organizations. Maintains all BC test application schedules. Developed BIA's for new application installations. Developed BC test plan for using OPC as BC test scheduling tool. Chair development meetings on changes to production schedule to ensure coordination between production and BC Plans. Assist in developing production disaster swing of Citibank Customer Service Sites in Las Vegas, Nevada and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Maintain BC production schedule to ensure all files are backed up and restored to alternate site. Responsible for all problem determination/resolutions in relation to BC test. I started at Sony as Operations Support Supervisor. I had 3 techs working for me, as well as a group of CA7 schedulers. I became the LAN Administrator and Storage Manager in 1991. Over the next 6 years, I was responsible for all of the storage needs for the global mainframes for Sony Pictures, Sony Music, Sony Corporate and Sony Electronics.

I started as an Operations Support person responsible for monitoring the batch production runs, as well as implementing production updates. I became the Supervisor of Ops Support and had 7 senior techs and 10 junior techs under me. My group handled all the batch scheduling for the entire company.

I was a shift managers with 15 senior operations, 5 junior operators and 11 programmers. My shift maintained the normal usage items for a mainframe system, as well as checking and maintaining the national network.
